I'm a buyer...What will there be at the Mom 2 Mom Sale?
There will be a selection of items mainly for babies and young children aged 0-8yrs. You'll also find, gear, toys, books and more, plus products and services from local businesses. This section will be updated as table registrations are completed.
How much do I have to pay to get in?
Admission is $2.00 OR FREE with the donation of a non-perishable food item going towards the Bradford Helping Hand Food Bank. Admission fees will be donated to a charity/cause local to Bradford not yet finalized (stay tuned!).
I'm interested in being a vendor, how much is a space?
There are no open spaces to rent at this time.
What do I get for my fee?
Your space includes one rectangular table and 1 chair. You may request an additional chair. Please bring a bagged lunch, snacks, and/or water.
Can l be in front of a wall, on a corner, or near an outlet?
For 2017 you will be able to select your choice - each will have a different fee. Keep in mind there are limited outlets and limited wall spaces - they tend to sell out first.
How can I pay for my vendor space?
Payments are to be made by email money transfer - [email protected].
How do I price my items?
It is up to each individual vendor how items are priced. A suggestion is to price items similarly to kijiji and facebook. Price to sell! Items should be clearly marked and priced before the sale starts. We have a MOM CONCIERGE who will send out tips/tricks to get the most out of the event.
What if I have to cancel?
All vendor spaces are non-refundable.
What time can I set up?
Vendors are to arrive at 9:00 a.m. SHARP! You will only have one hour to setup.
What time does the event end?
The event ends at 1:00 p.m. Please do not pack items up prior to 1:45 p.m. You have one (1) hour to Tear down until 2:00pm
What should I bring?
Change, a money box, plastic bags, and a bagged lunch... and all your amazing stuff for Moms to buy!
Can I bring my kids?
Children are always welcome, but no supervised child care is provided. We recommend not bringing children if you are selling items unless there is a designated person to watch them.
